This privacy policy explains how HeyGo ("we") handles our visitor and user information and related applications and services (collectively, HeyGo" services ").

We value the privacy of users, and other people who access and use HeyGo services (collectively referred to as "you" or "users"), and hope that you are familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from and about you.

You can share personal information when you are using HeyGo service. One situation is when you need to provide your relevant information during the HeyGo account registration process. Another situation is when you take certain public or intended public behaviors on the HeyGo service, such as when you select to publish personal information, and follow the user. In view of the social nature of the HeyGo service, this information may be collected, used, or disclosed by other people participating in the social interaction. In addition, some of HeyGo's functional services are designed to provide other people with information about user activities, such as identifying the user who created the public content or the user's following status of the user. • Log information: Usage information, such as, URL, redirected URL, performance timing, referrer, network type, network info, charge status, ad block info, cookies, access and reports history.
• Location information: We will process your location or geographical information based on your consent or if permitted, where this is necessary to deliver the Service you have requested.
• Service usage information: Service use history, service activity history, gifting history, statistics on voice room views, details of your interactions with other users including following or followed history, details of interaction between you and the Service or you and our website including report history, time broadcasted or time spent watching voice room broadcast on our Service, and other information about your use of our Service, such as bookmarks and visit history.

1.3 Links to Other Websites, Devices, Apps and Features

Our Service may enable you to connect to other websites, devices, apps and other features, which may operate independently from us and have their own privacy notices or policies. If you accessed a website, product or service provided by a third party, including through the Service or Company's website, such third party may also collect information about you. Please see the privacy policies of each such third party for more information about how they use the information they collect. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any exchange of information between you and any third party.

2. HOW WE USE THIS INFORMATION

2.1 Provision of our Service based on your contractual relationship with us

We process your personal information when this is necessary under our contract with you, to:

• Provide you with our Service and specific features you select when using our Service, which may require personalizing the content of our Service, and allow you to participate in rewards programs;
• When you use our voice room feature, we use your information for the purposes of posting, transmitting and broadcasting the room that can be viewed by other users;
• Identify and authenticate you so that you may use our Service;
• Prevent the Service from collecting personal information of children under certain age as defined in this Privacy Policy;
• Process orders and payments and deliver to you our products that you purchase through our Service and allow you to exercise your rights you have under your contract;

• Effectively manage our relationship with our customers, including by communicating with you, responding and handling queries and reports, resolving technical issues, providing you with customer care support and sending you necessary information relating to our Services.

• To contact you via email, app push notification or otherwise for the purpose of informing you about new products, services or promotions offered by the HeyGo team;
• To protect against, identify, monitor and prevent fraud and other criminal activities, any other activities that may violate our Terms of Service or other applicable laws, or lead to claims or other liabilities;
• To analyze customer behaviors, build up customer usage patterns and profiles in order to identify regional and global user trends and optimize our offering to customers globally;
• To provide customized advertisement by analyzing combined information obtained from your use of Service, including personal information, with information that you provide to us by other means, for the purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy;
• For other internal operations, including troubleshooting problems, data analysis, testing, and research,
• To improve the Service, and to develop and offer new services.

2.3 Other purposes

• Comply with and enforce requirements under applicable laws, relevant industry standards and our policies, including this Privacy Policy.
• Comply with court orders and subpoenas, and respond to legally binding requests from government, law enforcement agencies, public authorities and/or regulators.

3. HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

• Please note that if your profile is public, anyone on the platform can see your content, including your friends and followers and other users of the platform.
• We may also share your information with other members, subsidiaries or affiliates of our corporate group to improve and optimize the platform and prevent illegal use.
• After obtaining your express or implied consent, we may share your personal information outside of the HeyGo service.
• We may disclose your personal information, analyze, verify, and analyze to members of our group of companies (that is, entities that control us, are controlled by us, or are under common control with us) within the scope required for services, customer management, content customization, and advertising. You can change your information by editing your profile in the application, including accessing, correcting, updating or deleting your information.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

The laws of certain jurisdictions grant HeyGo users specific rights, which are set out in this section. According to applicable laws, you may have all or part of the rights set out below. We will respond to your request as soon as possible in accordance with applicable laws, usually within one month, after proper verification procedures. Your exercise of these rights is usually free, unless we believe that a fee is required under applicable law.

• Right of correction: You can send us your request by using the customer service function on the HeyGo service or by sending an email to us to submit a request for correction of the personal information we have collected about you.
• Right of deletion: You can send us your request to delete the personal information we have collected about you by using the customer service function on the HeyGo service or by email. Although we cannot fully guarantee that your data will not be stored in our backup server, we promise that we will not use the data in the backup server for any other purpose.
• Right of objection: You can send your request to us at any time by using the customer service function of the HeyGo service or by email. Please note that if we prove that the legality of processing information overrides your interests and freedom, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we may reject your request.
• Right of refuse: When you use certain features of HeyGo, such as voice room or microphone connection, you need to authorize HeyGo to use the microphone of your device. You have the right to refuse. After refusal, you will not be able to use the specific function, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the HeyGo service.

In addition to the aforementioned rights, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country.

7. CHILDREN POLICY

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information of people under the age of 18. If we learn that the personal information of persons under the age of 18 has been collected on or through the HeyGo service, we will take appropriate measures to delete this information.

If you think that we have improperly collected personal information of minor users, please contact us via customer service function.

8. CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may revise or revise our privacy policy from time to time. Although we may try to notify you when there are major changes to this privacy policy, you should regularly check the latest version on HeyGo so that you are aware of any changes as they are binding on you.
